Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation, your Pro access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, but if something has gone wrong, contact support@gptlibrary.org and we will review it fairly.

Starter includes 25 Architect generations/month. Pro Monthly and Annual Pro include 150 Architect generations/month. Annual Pro is billed yearly. Unused generations do not roll over into future months.
